Returns & Exchanges Policy
Organik Clothing, LLC wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unfulfilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unworn, with tags) within 7 business days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you have decided to return your merchandise anytime after 7 days, you may do an exchange, or we will be more than happy to give you store credit. Returns made after 7 days will be credited at the current selling price.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.
Wrong Size, Color, or Merchandise
If you received an item that is the wrong size, color, or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.

Credit Card Refund
Your credit card will be refunded upon receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to show on your billing statement.
All Sale Items are Final
Refunds are not available for sale items. All items indicated as ON SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please do not return sale items, items will be shipped back to you.
Return and Exchange Process
For returns and exchanges, please send a note with reason for return or exchange and send it along with the item(s) to Organik Clothing.
Upon receiving the item(s) for return, it may take up to 3 -4 days for the refund to show on your billing statement. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to Organik Clothing.
Exchanges may take 1 to 2 weeks for complete transaction. Return processing is completed in the order they are received.
